It felt incredible, and even though he didn’t last long I was well on my way to my second orgasm of the night when he grunted and swelled even larger inside me. I squeezed him hard after he buried himself, and I looked up into Lisa’s eyes as I felt him filling me.
He gasped in a breath, and he rolled to the side. He was obviously a little embarrassed at his lack of stamina, but for the first round with two beautiful women in his first threesome? I was surprised he even got it in me.
Lisa smiled, “I love you, slut.”
I smirked, “You too. Bitch.”
Lisa nodded in easy agreement.
“Join us when you recover,” she told Dan, then spun around and straddled my head, as she dove down and started to slurp and lick me, while she ground down on my face.
It felt incredible, and her taste was exquisite. The fact she was cleaning up and swallowing Dan and my combined mess added to the pleasure, then there was the love I felt for her, and I felt myself go over rather quickly for the second time that night, as I took Lisa to her completion with mouth, tongue, and fingers.
There would be a lot more to come, and Dan would make up for the brevity of round one with the second, third, and fourth. I was very well fucked, and felt amazingly sated, not to mention fed, before the end of the night. It was with regret, when we left and headed home.
I never did manage to get off my black knee-high boots with four-inch heels, he seemed to like them and the fact it was the only thing I wore. Though, I had removed the daggers.
The empty feeling wasn’t the same, Lisa had been there the whole time, and was still there, would always be there. But… the empty feeling was still there as well. Dan was a nice guy, and he knew how to use his big cock, but it would be a mistake to sleep with him again. He’d get clingy, it was just a thing, I was a siren. It wasn’t that I was fantastic in bed, or that I knew how to please a man with various parts of my body, though that was all true too, it was my nature to draw and tempt men. The last thing I wanted to do was screw with Dan’s mind, until he got obsessed with me. That would make him my victim, instead of merely leaving him with good memories of a night of pleasure and debauchery with two beautiful sexy women.
One night would have to do.
I just wished for more, which was probably selfish? Considering all I had, and Lisa. I missed Harold, or at least the connection we had beyond the physical. Life wasn’t fair, and it was what it was. It also wasn’t like I didn’t enjoy the hell out of it. My body was built for pleasure, and it felt thoroughly used and sated in that moment. It was just… the empty feeling in my heart at the end of the night that bothered me.
Chapter Eleven
“Good morning,” I said, and took a sip of coffee.
All five of us were in a morning meeting, but I was alone in my office while the four of them were in the conference room. I’d have probably been in there, had planned to be for at least that one daily meeting, if it was just Tony I needed to worry about desensitizing a bit. But with Cerise there and it being her first day, I decided to avoid the issue that morning.
Lisa smiled, “Alright, Tony, make sure Cerise and Jeris have all their paperwork filled out and are prepared for the field by this afternoon. Give them the lowdown on their first job.”
Tony nodded, and glanced at both of them before speaking. Tony really was a lot more confident without me in the room. After last night I was hardly hot and bothered, but I found it difficult to look at him without imagining what he’d been doing yesterday after our lunch.
“Welcome aboard. The paperwork you need to fill out is in your offices. Your first job is a private residence, the discounted prices for our business opening has generated a lot of interest in the richer citizens of our city, as well as a few businesses which you’ll be starting on tomorrow. I’ll send you the details of the job on your phones. After the meeting we’ll get that installed, and get you logged onto our system.”
Lisa nodded, “Anything come in for Aria and I?”
Tony replied, “I’ve turned down a number of jobs that seemed shady, or those of the type you don’t care to take, infidelity and such. There’s one possibility I wasn’t sure about. Justin Grover is a local mage and businessman. He’s looking for a little extra protection the next couple of days. He already has two permanent security guards, but according to what he said he’s making some business deals that will piss off some people. Apparently, a lot of money is involved, and he wants to be safe rather than sorry.”
I nodded, but I stayed silent. I liked guarding as much as chasing down skips or executions, but I knew Lisa didn’t like guarding. It was no mystery to me why that was, after I’d learned that she’d been a guard for the vampire king for so long before being betrayed centuries past. But, a lot had happened recently, and I thought she was getting over that. At least, she hadn’t seemed to mind guarding Harold.
So, I wasn’t all that surprised by her answer.
Lisa said, “Send me and Aria the information, we’ll decide after we look over it. Anything else?”
Tony said, “I should have that comms enchantment done tomorrow, if we get what I needed delivered. I figured out what was required and put in a requisition last night.”
I brought up my e-mail on the computer, and I opened his message. He even sourced the vendor, and it should be easy enough to put in an order.
“I’ll order it now, it should be here tomorrow. For today, we’ll have to depend on cell phones.”
Lisa said, “Good. If you two need anything while we’re on a job, text us. At least, until the comms earrings are ready, then we should all be connected and can talk in private without being overheard even on a job, and also be in a position to assist each other if necessary. This is important, I already know you’re both competent, don’t push things and take insane chances trying to prove yourselves. I’ll be pissed if you die and hadn’t called for help, understood?”
Cerise snickered, “Yes maam.”
“Hannah.”
Cerise nodded, “Hannah.”
“Anything else?”
No one had anything, so the meeting broke up.
I was in the middle of ordering the supplies when there was a knock on my door. I knew it wasn’t Lisa, she would’ve just barged in.
“Come in.”
The door opened, and Cerise walked in. I raised an eyebrow, as she swallowed and looked me over. From her song, I could tell her nipples had pebbled, and her heart rate picked up just a little. It was something I really couldn’t do in Dallas, but the songs were so much clearer by the ocean, and more detailed. Plus, I’d had a lot of practice interpreting the song with Lisa in my bed over the last month. If there was one thing I’d gotten good at, it was reading lust and the body’s responses when it came to desire, lust, and pleasure.
Cerise shrugged, “Thought I’d get it over with, I was nervous about meeting you and it was bound to happen at some point.”
I smiled, “My doors always open, and you’re safe. I won’t ever enthrall or even hit on you.”
Cerise looked relieved, and disappointed. That latter part was just her libido talking though.
“Thanks. That too, I wanted to be able to talk to you about it, while I could scent your answers. I’m… pleasantly surprised.”
I shrugged, “You’re an attractive woman, but Lisa would kick my ass if I made a pass, not to mention the whole sticky employer-employee aspect of things.”
She was too. I loved her hair, and her tight athletic body. Her face gave her an alluring innocent look as well. It was odd to measure her like that, I’d never even considered another female that way before Lisa, and all the other ones usually hated me on sight. It wasn’t often I was in the position to check out a woman without getting stink eye. There was no doubt about it, I was solidly bi-sexual.
“Kick your ass?” she asked curiously.
I smiled, “We aren’t just partners in business, but in all aspects of our lives. She can be violently possessive, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Besides, I have no desire to stray either.”
It wasn’t really her business, but our relationship wasn’t something that we could or would hide either. Especially from a shifter. Telling her could only make her more comfortable, if a little jealous at the same time.
She nodded, “I need to get to that paperwork.”
I couldn’t argue with that, it was probably best to minimize the time of our talks in person anyway.
She stepped out, and I got back to finishing up the order. It wasn’t hard, just took a few minutes to open a business account.
Lisa walked in a few minutes later, I was still reviewing the job information on Justin.
“What do you think about the job?”
I shrugged, “It’s a little short on detail, but if he’s worried about how others react that isn’t a big surprise. It doesn’t look difficult. He wants us to stand outside his office and look menacing, while his two guards are in his office. You see any red flags?”
Lisa frowned, “No. But we have no idea what his business is, or what kind of deals he’s making that’s making a lot of money. There’s nothing on the net about it either. Still, that could be just good operational security. Nothing on the net indicates he’s crooked either, I say we take the job.”
I nodded, it would always be a risk without the kind of vetting the government could do before taking a job. All we could was the due diligence we were capable of without outside resources besides the internet and public record databases.
“Agreed.”
She said, “I’ll let Tony know, and we’ll get a neutral load out.”
That made sense, half iron and half silver, we had no idea what kind of threat might show, if any. It would also be damned good to get away from my desk, and paperwork…
Justin’s office was inside a warehouse, down by the docks. It was a hot day out, and the sun was bright in the clear sky when we got out of the car. Well, it was always hot in south Texas outside of the dead of winter, and on rare occasions even then.
I had my armor and various weapons concealed under my women’s suit. Today I’d gone with the classic gray pants and jacket, over a white blouse. An expert might notice the bulge under my jacket, or the skintight armor under the clothes, but most people wouldn’t.
Lisa looked equally as professional and also quite sexy, in a red suit with a dark blue blouse.
My senses were stretched out, and I was definitely in mental work mode, as I scanned our surroundings with my magic and eyesight. For the moment, the only songs within my range were the three people inside the warehouse. They didn’t seem all that friendly, the songs I mean, but being an asshole wasn’t against the law. I stepped over to the building, and I hit the intercom button.
“Yes?” a tinny voice said out of the little metal box.
I replied, “Hannah Camden and Aria Jones, from Camden and Jones Security Services.”
There was a brief pause, and then the door buzzed. I pulled it open and stepped inside, Lisa right behind, and we took in the large room.
The warehouse was mostly empty save for two vans, and four palettes of medium sized crates near the dock doors facing the port in the back on the right side. There was also an office in the back in the left corner, and I could make out the three people in it through the small windows.
We walked in that direction, and then exchanged a glance when one of the men left the office to greet us. He was the biggest wolf shifter I’d ever seen, in human form anyway. The guy was a brick wall. He gave me the usual look over I expected from men, but the desire in his scent never reached his hard face.
He didn’t look overly impressed with us, but then that was a good thing. He couldn’t detect my dragon aura, and Lisa as usual was partially suppressing her aura to hide her true age.
He said, “I’m Bob. Your job is to stand outside the office, and to be the first ring of security in case we are attacked by those unhappy with our latest business deals. Justin has the office warded, and takes his security and privacy seriously, there is no need for you to enter or speak to him. If you have any questions, ask now, we won’t be speaking again until the end of the day.”
“How many visits are you expecting?” I asked.
Bob said, “There are four scheduled meetings today, at ten, twelve, two, and three. There should not be any more than three men in each group, if there are more be ready to defend yourselves.”
Lisa asked, “Lunch?”
Bob said, “We’ll be eating in the office with the second visitor. We’ll order enough food for you too.”
We had no more questions, and we flanked either side of the door to the office when Bob went back inside and shut it.
It wasn’t long before ten rolled around, and three men entered. It was obvious two were bodyguards, who dismissed Lisa and I after a quick look, their mistake. Regardless, the man visiting was obviously nervous and didn’t really want to be there, which gave me pause. When I exchanged a look with Lisa, she gave me a look that said she didn’t like it either. But… we had a contract for two days of this and couldn’t abort at this point, even if it started to look shady. It would hardly help our reputation to abandon a client.
At the very least, Justin was using underhanded tactics of some kind, even if possibly legal ones.
Not much happened, and everything went to plan for the first three meetings. The last one at three no one showed up on time, and it wasn’t until about three fifteen that everything went to hell…
Chapter Twelve
“Oh hell.”
Lisa looked at me and raised an eyebrow.
“A bunch of songs just came in range, twelve of them, and Carol Martin’s is one of them.”
Lisa frowned, as several emotions passed over her face.
I said, “They’re approaching the warehouse, six split off, and they’re running around to cover the large dock doors.”
The door opened behind us, and Bob, Justin, and the other guard came out, I didn’t know his name.
I raised an eyebrow, “Who was it?”
Bob said as they raced to one of the vans, “Never mind that, cover our exit when the doors go up.”
Well, fuck me.
The other bodyguard hit the button to open the large door, which started to roll up as he jumped into the back of the van with his weapon out. I didn’t like this, either Carol was corrupt in some way and here to stop Justin’s deals, or she was here to support the cops in arresting Justin. I hated Carol, but I had a feeling the latter explanation was probably the right one.
There was nothing dark or corrupt in the songs of the people outside, and while they were excited, angry, and keyed up for violence, that was pretty normal. Or at least, I could relate, and I wasn’t one of the bad guys.
I looked at Lisa, who shrugged, and then back at the door in time to see a man dressed in swat gear look into the warehouse from a kneeling position. At the same time, the front door was breached. I felt a wave of magic from that direction which made the van stall.
We had a contract to protect our client, but at the same time there were wavers in that, we wouldn’t be fighting the police for them.
“Stand down.”
Lisa asked, “What if they’re fake, and working for Carol.”
Well, then we were probably fucked. Either way, this wouldn’t look good for us. I put up my weapon and went down to my knees with my hands up.
“I’m pretty sure, based on their songs, and the fact that our client seems pretty shady.”
It wasn’t our fault, we had no way to know that, not until the job had already started.
The second guard leaned out the van door and sent bullets flying toward the front of the warehouse, while Bob tried to start the car. I shook my head, that wasn’t going to work, I could feel Carol’s spell with my dragon side, and it was preventing the van from turning over.
Then it did turn over, Justin must have killed the spell with one of his own.
“Halt! Police!” a loud voice yelled as the six in the back charged through the large open dock door, and they surrounded the van.
They opened fire as the van leapt forward and out the door. It didn’t get far though, not with three flat tires. The guy I didn’t know had his song snuffed out, he was dead. Must’ve been a lucky shot, it was hard to kill a shifter that easily. Bob and Justin jumped from the van and ran for it.
Then I had a rifle in my face, and a moment later my face was smashed down onto the concrete floor of the warehouse, while Lisa and I were cuffed and searched. So, I wasn’t sure if my client was caught or not, didn’t much care either.
I could have bitched, they didn’t have to be so rough when we were surrendering, but any talking would be considered resisting arrest, and lead to even worse violence. I was kind of proud of myself, the old me would have bitched, if not fought back.
Still, not a good day at all.
The interrogation room was a cliché. The faded and chipped tan walls needed a new coat of paint, the white tiles on the floor looked more gray than white, and the metal table and chairs were secured to the floor with bolts. So far, we’d just had our weapons taken, and had been brought in cuffed. I could hear Lisa’s song just down the hall, and she seemed calm enough. No one had questioned us yet.
The problem was, if we were truly arrested, we’d have no choice but to run when they took our necklaces. The magic wouldn’t be an issue, only a dragon or siren could detect my inactive magic, and only my active magic could betray to me to a mage or dragon. It would be the loss of our illusion spells that would blow all the work of the past month. Carol would recognize us both, and even if she wasn’t around the cops would run our real faces through the database and identify us. In short order every vampire and dragon on the planet would know where to find us.
I wasn’t too worried about it, we hadn’t obstructed their arrest or fought back. But the possibility existed and my mind made escape plans I hoped would never be needed.
