Acknowledgments
Thank you to my beta readers for giving their time and making numerous useful and supportive comments, especially Katie Marie who looked closely and did not sugar coat anything. Thanks also to NaNoWriMo for being there at the right moment and providing a space where I could go for broke on the original draft.
Thanks to my editors Lindsey and Sal at The Reading List for their advice and support shepherding me through the process.
A special thanks to Sarah for giving me room to indulge my goal of writing a book and for all the other joys.
Thanks to you readers, too, for reading. I appreciate you choosing my book and hope that you have enjoyed it. If you did please post a review on Amazon, Goodreads, or wherever you found it. Signed paperback books are available through the publisher at editoralvis@gmail.com.
About the Author
Quincy Bragg, like so many other children, was fascinated by animal life of the distant past. Dinosaurs certainly, but far more real were the Pleistocene creatures of the La Brea Tar Pits in Los Angeles. He recommends every ten-year-old be taken for a visit. Then another. He now lives near San Francisco amid the boom of bio-science and genetic engineering, but keeps a sensible distance.
